La nostra esperienza non ha avuto un bell'esordio in quanto questo residence manca di reception (contattabilitá telefonica) e la sera del nostro arrivo , nonostante avessimo comunicato l'ora ,abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori circa 20 minuti con 2 bambine piccole stanchissime prima che qualcuno si facesse vivo.Inoltre non siamo neanche stati accompagnati all'appartamento e infatti abbiamo sbagliato non solo appartamento ma proprio residence, per fortuna a quel punto si era liberata la titolare che ci ha reindirizzati...C'è da dire che la signora Ingrid é stata molto gentile...L' appartamento era confortevole, pulito,accessoriato di tutto, un bagno grande,dotato di 3 balconi attrezzati, la qualità del sonno ottima.Servizio di pulizia giornaliero( non puliscono tavolo e angolo cottura )lavanderia disponibile a pagamento. Disponibili gratuitamente prodotti da bagno, prodotti per pulizia cucina e biancheria( non mi era mai capitato!)La posizione della struttura non mi è piaciuta: è all'ingresso del paese e quindi non al centro ( anche se si tratta di pochi minuti a piedi) ma rispetto agli impianti sciistici è nel senso diametralmente opposto ( credo siano un paio di Km ) e chi come noi doveva portare 2 bambine piccole, rendeva il tutto un pó faticoso o necessaria la macchina.
