For the high prices this place charges, you’d think you were dining at a high-end establishment—but you’re not.

All week we've had a few local meals that were at legitimately upscale restaurants, with more refined execution, better service and ingredients, for less money! The food here is fine, some dishes even good, but nowhere near justifying the inflated prices. They’re clearly trying to play the fine-dining game, complete with a sommelier, but the experience doesn’t match the cost.

The service was subpar. They forgot about us and we had to wave down our waiter to get our order placed. They also forgot to bring over the check after we asked for it, and when they finally did, they had billed us for something we never ordered and I had to get it corrected. We were also asked if "we wanted some Prosecco" while we waited for the rest our party to arrive. The waitress made out sound like it was free, but of course it was on the tab.

If you’re looking for good value with vibe and service to match, look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend...

Mi dispiace veramente non poter dare 5 stelle solo allo chef le cui creazioni hanno un sapore meraviglioso. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo in questo ristorante in quanto ospiti dell' hotel Lüch da Pcéi. Il ristorante e l'hotel hanno la stessa proprietà. Speravamo di poter usufruire anche dello sconto in base alla Fidelity Card che ci è stata consegnata al check in. All'arrivo il cameriere ci chiede se vogliamo mangiare in pizzeria o in ristorante che si trovano in due stanze e piani diversi. Alla domanda che differenza c'è ci dicono che in ristorante puoi mangiare solo i piatti del ristorante, nella pizzeria sia la pizza sia i piatti del ristorante. Decidiamo per la pizzeria per avere maggiore scelta. Alla fine ordiniamo un antipasto da condividere e dopo un primo e una pizza. Arrivano le bevande e dopo un po' il pane con un pezzetto di burro salato. Cominciamo a bere e gustare il pane con burro quando arriva l'antipasto e il primo insieme. Protestiamo e ci viene detto che gli gnocchi sono un antipasto. Non volendo creare troppo scompiglio, lasciamo stare e ci mettiamo a mangiare quando arriva anche la pizza. La facciamo rimandare indietro. Dopo un po' arriva il cameriere a scusarsi dicendo che ha sbagliato segnare i piatti come seconda portata. Quando abbiamo finito l'antipasto ed il primo, aspettiamo la pizza.... Il cameriere che viene a portare via i piatti vuoti fa: Ora vi portiamo la pizza, la facciamo rifare. (e meno male 😲, non mi aspetterei niente di meno). Tutte le pietanze sono buonissime, la tartare di bue scottata servita all'interno del pane pücia con maionese al tartufo e scarola riccia e scaglie di tartufo fresco, gnocchi di patate con finferli freschi, salsiccia luganega e ricotta affumicata e anche la pizza allo speck e porcini. Finita la pizza, aspettiamo... La pizzeria si è intanto svuotata. Ma non arriva nessuno. Né a riportare via i piatti né per chiedere se vogliamo dessert o caffè. Ci alziamo allora e andiamo a pagare. Presento la mia fidelity card per lo sconto, ma mi viene detto che non vale perché abbiamo mangiato in pizzeria. Quindi una fregatura, perché non abbiamo mangiato solo la pizza che comunque vanno dai 9 ai quasi 20 euro, ma i piatti del ristorante di cui l'antipasto da 24 euro e il primo da 21 euro. Riassumendo: ottime pietanze, ma prezzi esagerati (come in tutta l'Alta Badia), pessimo servizio, personale mal addestrato, completa disattenzione al...

Went on Aug 2019: if you have medium-high expectations this place won’t satisfy you. The menu is not very attractive, poor options and not rich of “local” ingredients... leaving not much choices. Ordered potato soup which was ok... and as main course the Faraona (guinea-hen), which is usually a testy meat, but this was completely flavorless... I mean, no flavor at all!!! No flavor at all!!! Also tried the “chocolate soufflé” dessert, not good at all: under cooked, the inside chocolate was not melted/liquified and too sweet with sugar grains/crystals all over... coconut ice cream was not a great choice for a chocolate soufflé neither.
