na 14 uur reizen uiteindelijk aangekomen in ons hotel , deed ik de deur van de inkomhal open en ik wist het : Dit is OK ! De eigenares stond ons op te wachten aan de balie en sprak perfect frans ( uitzonderlijk in Italië) . La mama zoals we ze noemden maakte ons wegwijs doorheen het stadje, gaf ons tips en aanbevelingen van de bezienswaardigheden .||Ons bezoek kaderde in een ijsbeurs die we bezochten in Rimini, ook daar maakte ze ons wegwijs . Ontbijt 's morgens was in buffetvorm (ruim , variatie en lekker) . 's avonds was er geen gelegenheid om te eten maar La mama regelde tafels in diverse restaurants ( van modern tot ambachtelijk italiaanse kost , heerlijk ) . Alle vragen en problemen werden met een glimlach beantwoord en opgelost . 's avonds in de bar onze dagelijkse slaapmuts aan zééér democratische prijzen opgediend door ober Roberto! ||Kamers waren basic , maar alles was aanwezig en het was proper . ||Enige minpunt: de slecht geisoleerde kamers anders kreeg dit hotel een...

They merit should be zero feedback not one! Customer service is not good, I hope that the one who is responsible for reservations should be fired!!!And I hope that this crisis continue so that they know how important to respect their customer. International customers don't book on this hotel....
