Hotel Raul — Hotel in Riccione

I'm a habitué of Hotel Raul since 1976 - and there are good reasons for this. I loved the old team and learned to know the new team approximately 9 years ago. And I can say that also with the new leadership of Gemma and Vincenzo, who role the place now, the quality of services and politeness is still top. Clean rooms, good food - choice between two dishes in each point of the menu and possibility to add something different if you want to. Bikes for free use if needed, affordable prices and a smiling team ready to fulfil every wish of their guests. As I previously wrote - who cares about small bedrooms if the beach is near and the day passes by with beach time and sightseeing? The important thing is that everything is neat and clean. Situated near kids paces ideal for families with children or elder people the Hotel is near to the Beach and the Minigolf. Bus service at 20 metres, shops all around. Dogs allowed in bedroom, cleaning ladies get on well with the pets inside. Those who expect swimming pool and luxury should go for a three-four star Hotel and pay the right fee for additional services. This place is for people who want a nice time in a clean Hotel with good food and kind people - which is exactly what you find...

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend there.. |It was our 1st time there... and..so sweet since the moment we walked in.. |Gemma welcomed us with a big smile and immediately provided us with all information we needed. |We had all meals included, and frankly we are really glad we did.. the food is to die for, the treatment you receive from the staff is really friendly but definitey up to request. Everything we needed was accomodated with happiness. |We used the bicycles at nighttime and Giovanni was so nice to help us by indicating all the attractions in town. |Gemma and Vincenzo (the managers of the hotel) were always so helpful and kind with us. |We left by leaving our hearts in Riccione and at hotel Raul. |We are really thankful for your kind hospitality and beautiful service. |We'll definitely be back soon. |Grazie!!!...

Siamo di ritorno da un fantastico vaff00nc**o week-end offerto dalla proprietaria (sig.ra Leda, alquanto maleducata) di questo mediocre hotel. Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria non era presente, al suo posto in reception c'era una ragazza molto giovane ed educata alla quale abbiamo chiesto con cortesia di controllare la disponibilita' di una camera matrimoniale piu' grande al posto della nostra gia' prenotata per telefono, ma a detta della proprietaria molto piccola e destinata ai piu' giovani. Essendo la risposta negativa ci siamo recate comunque in camera nostra che consisteva in 6, 34 metri quadri con due letti singoli e un bagno senza bidet e la doccia, (dove nn scorreva neppure l'acqua tale il calcare,) sopra il water (camera nr.7) Tutto alla modica cifra di 70 eur a camera sempre a detta della proprietaria. La mattina seguente senza che noi ci lamentassimo di niente venivamo aggredite verbalmente nella hall dalla proprietaria che affermando di essere state scortesi la sera prima con la ragazza giovane ci invitava senza mezze misure ad andarcene dal suo albergo. Al nostro diniego di lasciare l'hotel sempre nella hall con altri ospiti ci mandava letteralmente affnlo ad alta voce. Come se non bastasse quando ritiravamo i bagagli e alla nostra domanda di quando fosse il costo per quella notte scoprivamo che la titolare aveva gia' prelevato senza nostra autorizzazione la caparra di 50 eur mettendo perfino per conto mio la firma sbagliata del mio cognome sulla strisciata della carta di credito. Tutto questo perche' per assicurarmi la prenotazione della stanza le avevamo spedito tramite whatsap la foto della carta di credito senza CVC. Questo vuole essere un valido motivo e consiglio per NON PRENOTARE in questo hotel e prestare attenzione quando date i vostri riferimenti della carta di credito .Abbiamo gia' segnalato codesto hotel agli uffici preposti che prenderanno le loro ...
