Residence Nautic Rimini — Hotel in Rimini

To cut a rather long story short, i booked online.One sunday in september||For some reason (and thankfully i did) i checked my bank. Apparently someone at the Nautic tried to bill me for 500 or so euros. Unbelievable when the room i was going for would only cost 120. ||Then they sent me an email several hours later informing me that my card was not valid and there were no adequate funds to guarantee my room!!!||On contacting this residence we were told they had no knowledge of anyone trying to bill me for 500 euros. But my bank had their information that it was someone from there who took it upon themselves, at 6.30 in the morning to do this. ||Well then the Residence relented somewhat and they said they would investigate the matter, of course they did not want the police involved. ||Naturally i had no intention of going back there. There are two beaches free of charge near the hotel: San Giuliano # 10 and Rivabella # 1. The Rivabella beach is definitely cleaner and better.||||From the nearest bus stop (5 minute walk from the hotel) bus # 4 will take you to the railway station and to the city center. If you want to go to the park "Italia in miniatura", you have to go to the railway station and take there bus # 8. ||||Supermarket "Conad" is situated near the hotel, it is open every day until 8 p.m.||||Swimming pool is clean, but there are too little chaise longues, so it is always difficult to fined a free one.||||In the room there is no hair dryer, when you need it, you have take from the reception and bring it back after. Ho soggiornato due sett, un adulto e un bambino, totale di circa 1025euro. Monolocale con angolo cottura, piano terzo con balconcino vista strada. Supplemento pagato per il parcheggio, il quale al preventivo telefonico non mi è stato detto che si trovava a 500 mt dalla struttura. Scomodità unica per logistica visto che per andare da qualsiasi parte dovevo farmi questo tratto di strada ogni volta, e in zona residence il posto parcheggio non esiste in quanto strada stretta e non ci sono spazi. Ho dovuto obbligatoriamente prendere il parcheggio privato per logica, ma non per comodità. Fronte residence, terza fila mare, c'è la lunga spiaggia sia libera (quest'ultima vicino al parcheggio a pagamento) che privata con stabilimenti. Personale della struttura abbastanza cortese, nella norma della cordialità, ma il residence in sé l'ho trovato "arrangiato", sporco in alcune zone e non ho mai usufruito della piscinetta che si trova all'entrata dove si passa per una porta interna di fronte alla hall ma che ha la vetrata all'ingresso dove passano tutti e sinceramente questa cosa che devi avere la vetrata schizzata dove chiunque passi mi veda a fare le mie cose mi ha dato noia. Le camere sono nella norma, un letto matrimoniale e un letto divano, tavolino sia dentro che fuori balcone e angolo cucina con ante, più bagno con doccia. Quest'ultimo pessimo, i sanitari si muovevano da pavimento, varie ragnatele trovate all check-in ma non ho fatto polemica perché tanto la struttura era piena e non mi avrebbe cambiato nessuno la stanza. Mi sono adattata anche al fornello non funzionante della cucinetta, due fuochi di cui uno piccolo e uno medio inutile malfunzionante, e mi sono adattata anche a questo per mancanza di altre stanze in struttura e non mi avrebbero di certo cambiato il piano cottura! Dopo una settimana, alle nove di mattina, sento bussare, per poi provare a aprire la stanza, che avevo ovviamente chiuso a chiave, ed era la signora delle pulizie che mi chiedeva se volevo o meno il cambio lenzuola (avevo specificato all'ingresso e al pagamento caparra che non volevo questo servizio, seppur pagandolo!) e non ho apprezzato affatto questo comportamento, non si può aprire le stanze che capisci di essere chiuse dall'interno! Ma che comportamento sarebbe? Ho fatto presente questo al checkout ma senza avere alcuna risposta sensata. Non tornerò sicuramente, per ovvie ragioni, ma la posizione era abbastanza buona se si cerca...
