Garni Morene is not your average guest house or Air BnB. It is so much more than that. ||Staying at Garni Morene you are literally 50m walk across the road opposite the ski slopes. This is a true ski in ski out accommodation. ||And you have beautiful mountain views of the Dolomites and a 5 minute walk to restaurants, ski hire and shops.|The breakfast each morning is fresh and generous. And the views of the mountains can be seen from every window.||Bedrooms and ensuites are spotless and fresh and the rooms are warm.||The big difference between Garni Morene and other accommodation hotels is the host. Mjriam makes sure each guest is taken care of.||For us that was a life saver. I had a bad ski accident and Mjriam took me to the doctor and made sure I was taken care of.||Thankyou Mjriam! We will be back! And if course we will stay at Garni Morene again.||This is more like a home stay experience than a hotel,...

The owner maintained ongoing communication to ensure we were checked in. The hotel is just a short distance from the town but bear in mind there’s a pretty steep driveway. There’s a small private parking. The WiFi worked well. The room was nicely clean, separate comforters, but no air conditioning. The owner of the hotel was super sweet and remembered our morning coffee preferences! Fridge with drinks and snack bar in the hallway on a complete honor system! The room was always pristine and smelled great upon return after a long day. Comfy bed and pillows. Plenty of towels. Other amenities were a little dated but felt homey and had a wonderful stay! Breakfast: yogurt, cereals, variety of deli meats, cheeses, warm croissant/apple strudels/cakes, fresh cut fruit, hard...

Perfect location and lovely hosts The location of the accommodation is perfect – everything is within easy reach: the cable car, hiking trails, shops, and restaurants. Besides the great location, our room was very comfortable. It was nicely designed, cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and – most importantly – very clean. The bed was also comfortable; the mattress was a bit firm for our taste, but that’s just a personal preference. Breakfast was tasty, although a bit repetitive – it would be nice to have more vegetables – but it was still perfect fuel before hiking. And the coffee was amazing! Our hosts were truly fantastic people – very kind and welcoming. They spoke perfect English and German, but their kindness made everything else secondary. Thank you for the warm...

This hotel is very nice and right in front of the slopes 🗻⛷ and close to some awesome restaurants and lunch places. After a day of skiing you can chill in the sun outside on one of the benches or on a balcony. This hotel is in the more quiet part of the village. The owners are very friendly and gives the hotel a homie feeling. Also they did a free laundry for us. The breakfast is simple but good. The beds are somewhat hard and could use a molton (soft layer). Still 5 stars are spot on.
