I had booked this restaurant every night of my stay in Selva this year. From the greeting at the door the older waitress was incredibly rude. I understand that English is her second language but a smile goes a long way. We came for three nights and on that last night we were shooed away and pushed aside when I asked a question about our friends joining us. My friends had booked a table too and we wanted to sit close by and had asked for this on the phone. Well you think I was asking for something crazy. She was the rudest woman ever! She kept pushing me by the arm and shaking her head and saying no, no, no. I felt sorry for the other staff members who were embarassed as they watched this older woman who I am assuming owns or manages the place treat me and my children so badly. My kids couldn't figure out what we had done wrong. Needless to say we didn't go back and I suggest she goes for hospitality training. It isn't hard to treat your guests with respect. I would not recommend this place for this very reason and the food was only mediocre. La Bula down the town has much nicer staff. A family run place with incredible food and a smiling team of servers. We moved our business there after the shoddy treatment by the Sal...

Wonderful Experience at Sal Feur

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sal Feur and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant offers a warm and inviting ambiance, making it the perfect place for a memorable meal. In fact , we had 4 meals there !

The food at Sal Feur was absolutely delicious. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. From the appetizers to the main course, each plate was a culinary delight.

What impressed me the most was the hospitable and caring staff. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any request. The staff's genuine care for their customers truly added to the overall dining experience.

In addition to the fantastic food and service, Sal Feur also offers a delightful surprise on the ground floor. They sell homemade chocolates that are simply divine. These chocolates are a must-try for any chocolate lover. The quality and taste are exceptional, and they make for a perfect treat to take home or enjoy on the spot.

Overall, I highly recommend this...

We were seated and given menus fairly promptly but the rest of the service was nothing out of the ordinary. Food was so-so, the pizza was good, pappardelle was a little too Al dente for my liking, only had a shaving of speck on top and used canned mushrooms. The red was lovely but the Prosecco tasted cheap. The salad was tasty but the bread dry. We were given a bottle of tap water but no glasses and no plates for eating the bread on or sharing a slice of pizza. Given so, we didn’t touch our water and kindly requested it removed from the bill (seeing as we were unable to drink it!) and the waitress was very unhappy, essentially yelling at us in Italian despite speaking to us in English beforehand and knowing that we didn’t speak Italian. It felt like she was trying to intimidate and confuse us into letting the matter go, but we felt like this was a simple and reasonable request and did eventually get the €4 removed from the bill. Overall I would say the place has the ability to be very lovely due to its atmosphere and design, but it is far too expensive for the quality and service was underwhelming so we...

Decent pizza , but unattentive and unfriendly service. We had booked a table, but instead of being welcomed with a smile, we were rather briskly told bookings were only inside and not outside (we never said otherwise, but got a vacant table outside far in the back of the restaurant). But to be honest we did not feel very welcome. After the initial order, nobody came to our table to ask if all was ok or we needed anything during the whole meal. Hello, is anybody home? So we had no desire for a dessert here. This place seems to forget that bad service can destroy a otherwise decent meal. The waiters here seem tired of customers, and the head waitress spent more time talking to her friend on another table. A smile to the customer and a little attentiveness can make all the difference. This place sadly failed to do that. Eat your dinner elsewhere.

A pizzeria in Val Gardena. We came here in winter hot season. It was very crowded. It has its autopark for 10 cars. Wainscott panelling gives a chalet, cosy look. Locals serve, thats why a peer level communication was held, but this is not important. The restaurant is famous with its pizzas. We ordered hauspizza, bolognese pasta, shrimp salad. We search for local, sudtirol wines. We had an experience with lagrein grapes, so we prefer a Blauburgunder grape wine. It resembles lagrein a lot, easy to drink, full of fruit flavors, no disturbing tannin. And lemon sorbet with limoncello for desert. They serve it with a straw as you can drink it. We spent a pleasent night. I do recommend this restaurant.

A restaurant claiming to be the city's prime dining spot, but something must've gone awry. Perhaps the chef decided to take a spontaneous vacation. A simple salad with six shrimp for €18.5? Folks, you're Italy! You're supposed to reign supreme in flavor and wallet-friendliness in Europe. But this salad? It's a €1.5 LIDL packet masquerading in gourmet clothing. And the broth with a dough ball and a hint of bacon? Seems like a first-grader's playdough project. Pizza with canned mushrooms 🤦‍♂️ – did anyone in the kitchen actually taste this? My advice? Venture elsewhere. I won't name names, but from this restaurant, you can catch live hockey 😍. Honestly, save your euros and your taste buds.
