This meal was a top 5 of my life, possibly #1! The creative and artistic presentation was definitely #1. I ordered the seafood tasting menu and it was absolutely wonderful. I don’t want to describe it too much, since it is worth being surprised. The descriptions on the menu don’t prepare you for the artistic presentation. The food was excellent throughout, with really interesting, unexpected and complex flavors that were exceptional. Finally, the staff was incredible. To be fair, we went on a quiet mid week night and were 1 of three tables being served. Regardless they were incredibly helpful, kind, fun and attentive without being intrusive. Food was very creative in concept and artful in presentation. Didn’t like the fish dish. They worked around my allergies, but I could tell it was a challenge for them and not something they’re overly excited to have to do for guests. They did go out of their way and try and make gluten-free bread as the packaged options they offered were not very tasty. While the bread was a little bit of a flop. I certainly appreciate the effort. My husband loved the “mold” dish. Wines by the glass were also very good. Service overall was very good, but the timing was off with trying to serve several tables at once multiple courses and we waited over 45 minutes between our last course and dessert. After dessert, they come out with another set of tasty bites to try and send you home with some cookies....

This was a phenomenal experience. I have found this place spontaneously and went there with not much expectation. The service and the food was really great. Attention to details with great ingredients. We had the 8 course surprise meal and it was mixed fish and meat. Some our favorite was the tuna belly, the Canadian buffalo and the mushroom risotto. They had a selection of oil and salt with their bread which was also phenomenal. Everyone working there was super nice and friendly. I hope they get their star soon.
