I hardly write reviews, but here I have to do it. Qwerty has been fantastic and enormously helpful. In my house in the area of Siracusa I had a breakdown of my internet line. I have called Qwerty and about an hour later they had already sent a technical who has resolved the problem very quickly. And it was not an easy task, they had to fix a new line on the roof. The head of Qwerty and the tecnical person were super kind. For my work I need daily access to internet, so it was extremely important to have someone reacting immediately and being able to resolve the problem right away! Solo perchè è il massimo che posso dare! Solitamente si lasciano le recensioni quando si pensa che il servizio non sia all'altezza. In questo caso sono felice di scrivere per l'esatto contrario! A seguito di un disservizio con linkem, loro si sono presi a cuore il mio caso e la signora Ilenia e tutto il team, mi hanno supportato (e sopportato) fino all'uscita del tecnico. Cercando di organizzare l'uscita in tempi brevi, nonostante il luogo in oggetto insista in zona ZTL. Tecnico alla quale devo lasciare un rinnovato grande elogio in quanto, nonostante l'apparecchio nuovo riscontrasse dei problemi nell'essere connesso, ha provveduto a risolvere il problema del vecchio, in attesa che si possa riprogrammare un nuovo appuntamento per installare il nuovo modem (che spero continui a funzionare:)). Ha provveduto infatti a non lasciarmi senza il servizio fino al prossimo intervento ma ha dedicato del tempo ulteriore per aiutarmi. Un servizio davvero encomiabile!
