Hotel Elizabeth — Hotel in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

We stayed several nights in this cozy hotel, next to the beach. The room was very clean, our balcony large with lot of sun in the afternoon/ evening hours. Another highlight is the very good coffee and cappucino - prepared by the hotelowner himself during breakfast. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 (when we stayed at hotel Elizabeth) and in a very lovely way prepared. We enjoyed staying in this hotel a lot and felt all the time...

Comfortable, clean hotel. Minutes walk from the beach, a wonderful pizzeria/jazz bar, and an adorable beachy Italian town. The people who worked at the hotel (notably Riccardo and Laura) were super friendly and helpful. And the young woman who ran the breakfast room was also exceptional. Alloggio periodo agosto 2019: Siamo stati attirati dalle belle recensioni che abbiamo trovato sia su Google che su Tripadvisor, peccato che la realtà dei fatti sia molto diversa. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione. Per il resto stendiamo un velo pietoso. Servizio biciclette da rivedere: nessuna bicicletta era sicura. Bici arrugginite, non frenavano e addirittura una bici aveva un pedale che si staccava. Abbiamo fatto notare questa cosa ma il proprietario ha fatto finta di nulla. Con tutti i soldi che guadagnate in una stagione, spendere qualche euro per comprare delle bici è il minimo. Norme di sicurezza inesistenti. Colazione: scarsa: poca scelta, acqua da bere, calda, lasciata a temperatura ambiente ad AGOSTO! La sala colazione non ha aria condizionata, per cui vi lascio immaginare che brodo diventava l'acqua e i succhi di frutta (confezionati). Il proprietario mi aveva detto al telefono che avrebbero potuto fare anche centrifughe o spremute fresche, bugia! Non è vero. Camera nella norma. Letti scomodi. Avevamo un mal di schiena alla fine della settimana. Pulizia ok. Insomma diciamo che se vi prendete per tempo, potete sicuramente...
