We arrived with our small child and once we ordered we had to wait an hour for our pizzas to arrive. During which time, the two tables that arrived after us were served, finished eating and left. The waiter and waitresses rather immaturely avoided our table completely when I tried to get their attention. It was clear we were not going to get any reassurance or apology for the delay, just the very basic customer service, and eventually when I did force the waiter's eye towards our table and asked what was going on he stared blankly with attitude. They had no care for the fact my 3 year old was sitting there hungry for over an hour and ended up eating at gone 10.30pm. Any decent human would comment and regret that she was being left to wait for so long. I pointed out the two tables arriving after us that had gotten served and he just said I'll go check, clearly didn't care. 40 minutes later we were still waiting. After around 50 minutes he just pointed to us and another table waiting since before we arrived to announce 'you and you, your pizzas are in the oven' . No apology just arrogance. When the other table politely pointed out it's not on to make us wait over an hour and a half to eat (they were there way before us) they got back chat from the waitress who proceeded to argue with them. I see they have similar reviews going back years on TripAdvisor, they have not learnt or grown one bit. What arrogance and...

Chi vuole mangiare a Tonfano (o Marina Pietrasanta o nelle vicinanze) una pizza veramente buona, sì, deve mangiare qui. Non che qui c’è solo buona musica (soggettivo come tutte le mie recensioni), no qui si ottiene una pizza piccante. L’impasto va da 24 ore a 36 ore prima di essere lavorato. E chi è furbo si lascia spazio nello stomaco per il dolce fatto in casa. Non importa quale, semplicemente fantastico. Ne abbiamo avuti 3 diversi e tutti erano fantastici. E poi ci sono le persone molto amichevoli che lavorano qui. Grazie mille.

PS Questa è la nostra quarta volta qui ed è semplicemente fantastico. Non importa cosa scegli. Un must assoluto per ogni fan della pizza.

Wer in Tonfano ( oder Marina Pietrasanta oder in der nähe) eine richtig gute Pizza essen möchte muß, jawohl, muß hier essen. Nicht das hier nur gute Musik läuft ( subjektiv wie alle meine Rezensionen ), nein hier bekommt man eine spitzen Pizza. Der Teig geht 24h bis 36h bevor er verarbeitet wird. Und wer schlau ist lässt sich Platz im Bauch für den selbst gemachten Nachtisch. Egal welcher, einfach klasse. Wir hatten 3 verschiedene und alle waren hervorragend. Dazu kommen noch die sehr freundlichen Menschen die hier arbeiten. Herzlichen Dank

P.S. Wir waren jetzt zum vierten Mal hier und es ist einfach nur spitze. Ganz gleich was man sich aussucht. Für jeden Pizza Fan ein absolutes Muss.

If you want to eat a really good pizza in Tonfano (or Marina Pietrasanta or nearby), yes, you have to eat here. Not only good music is playing here (subjective like all my reviews), but here you get a pizza. The dough goes 24 hours to 36 hours before it is processed. And if you’re smart, you’ll have room in your stomach for your own dessert. No matter which one, just great. We had 3 different and all were great. Add to that the very friendly people who work here. 2022 Update....We ate here 3 nights on our recent holiday. Very busy place which also does take out. Great atmosphere and still the best pizza in the area.

2019 Mostly pizzas and filled foccaccias with a steak dish or two. We had pizza 3 times here on our recent visit to M.di Pietrasanta. Super tasty pizza, the best to be had in town.
