What it says,10 minutes from train station and arena.||We stayed in the apartment,so my review relates to our experience to that.Very friendly staff. On arrival greeted by a charming, elderly lady.No English and took ages to realise she was asking for our passports.||||Very basic apartment but with lots of cooking equipment.Very clean and towels provided.Fridge freezer wasn't working properly. We reported this and then the freezer part froze but only for a few hours.Fridge not cool enough for milk etc.||||Beds were fairly comfortable, supported with wood under mattress.||Heating not brilliant but we were comfortable enough.||Shower lovely and powerful and hot and clean.||||Breakfast was yogurt, juice, cereals and prepackaged croissants ,bread, coffee.Take your own tea bags if can't do without, like me!||||Biggest problem most definitely was noise. The apartment is in the ground floor lobby entrance.Noisy furniture ,noisy music or TVs from above but the worst was the front door.EVERY TIME IT WAS CLOSED ,THE VERY HEAVY GLASS FRONT DOOR BANGED WITH SUCH A THUD IT LITERALLY FELT LIKE A CELL DOOR BEING SLAMMED.NO SLEEP POSSIBLE UNTIL LAST TENENT ARRIVED HOME.SUCH A SHAME!||||I think the bed and breakfast rooms were on the second floor and escaped the noise maybe and they seemed nice.||||Easy to get to (when you know how) From train station entrance, look straight ahead for a big church.Keeping on the right of the church, cross the main busy road and go straight on up a tree lined street.Straight ahead is a big building called GENERALLI .10 minutes is located on the left corner of this building opposite a bakery.Look for glass doors into building, with apartment door bells and a brass plaque saying 10 minutes.Once door has been opened for you proceed to second floor.Very easy.||Coffee shop close for snacks if arrive a little early, although we did e mail to say we would arrive at 1pm and they were fine about that.||||Phone numbers on door to speak to someone in English if there are...
Read moreWe arrived in the B&B around 11 am in the morning. It was very hot outside and inside. We had to cross the living room before entering the bedroom. We saw the breakfast 'remains' that were displayed on a low buffet in open air. The breakfast consisted of a collection of cakes and toast bread in a plastic bag, small packages with jam and chocolate spread.||Nothing was put in a cool environment; everything stayed in the open hair on the buffet. We took breakfast 2 times and each morning the same cakes and stale bread were presented. It was really distasteful. There was no fresh food at all. I really don't understand this. A piece of fresh bread is not that expensive, and a slice of cheese isn't either. The morning we left, we only took a croissant in a plastic bag. In fact breakfast was filthy.||Concerning the bedroom; the mattresses were not great. It were no actual beds but sofa beds. Our room was next to the living room of the owner. The whole evening the sound of the television disturbed our sleep. If you should consider staying there, ask for 1 of the rooms in the back (there are 3 rooms). There is no real closet to put your belongings.||In the room there was just a big closet of the owner stuffed with all sort of things. ||I would definitely not recommend to stay in that B&B. I will not stay...

(Small Negative point)||And it does what it says on the tin you are 10minutes walk away from things come out off the building and turn left and you are on your way round Verona If thats to much for you the bus stop is just back over the road.||We stayed the one night but Verona by night wandering round is lovely taking a slow walk back to take it all was nice.||Sleep no problem no noise etc .||next morning breakfast was good but for us a family on our first visit ti Italy the lady who did breakfast Angela was her name who could speak little English was great to interact and communicate with as we could not speak italian either so we ended up teaching each making a memorable enjoyable experience. Form i gather visitors use this B&B to go operas i can see easy to get to from train station and get to Arena . Yes i would recommed to...
