We saw the menu and it looked good! We walked in and it seems it is not often used as restaurant- there was no one else in the restaurant and lots of deliveries going out.

The food was nice, well cooked and yummy. The edamame came out unsalted or seasoned which we thought was odd and we had to request some soy sauce. Service was slow and the atmosphere wasnt amazing. However the food was good. Next time we would get...

Ho ordinato a domicilio alle 6.30 con indicazione che sarebbe arrivato in 35 minuti. È arrivato alle 20.50. Praticamente dopo due ore e mezza. Non mi hanno permesso di annullare l’ordine e avendo due bimbi avevamo già mangiato quando la roba è arrivata. Inoltre quando ho sentito il locale mi hanno detto che i ravioli erano pronti da ore. Potete immaginare la qualità del cibo quando sono arrivati da noi. Secchi e rotti.

I problemi possono succedere ma non può succedere di non voler trovare una soluzione come cancellare l’ordine non essendo in grado di garantire tempismo e qualità.

P.s. non mi venite a raccontare “eh ma Just Eat”. Il partner commerciale ve lo scegliete voi e potevate accettare la cancellazione dell’ordine. Invece avete preferito consegnare due ore e mezza dopo, un prodotto scadente, per fare sessanta...
