Elios Residence Hotel — Hotel in Vibonati

We arrived in the evening and was greeted by a very nice man who was working on the hotel and waiting on the customers--- he was amazing. He greeted us with a bottle of wine and two bottles of water. He helped us park because of the minimal space for parking the larger car we were driving and then offered to help with our luggage. He took us to the 3rd level by stairs and showed us our apartment style room. He got us connected to the internet and showed us the breakfast room. Overall I would suggest not to stay on the 3rd floor due to the slanted ceilings that we kept banging our head on. The water for the shower was barely warm and we could not figure out the heat in the room. I am sure had we ask the owner would have corrected these issues. If we had stayed more than 1 night I would have tried to correct these issues---but it was not that big of a deal for us...I would stay here again if ever back...

This has to be one of the best places I have stayed in. Sapri in September is peaceful and the sea is incredibly clean, there is a trekking path from the port which takes you through to some amazing landmarks and the views are breathtaking! The location of the residence is very beautiful with a stunning view from the breakfast terrace and it's walking distance from the sea and centre. The rooms are mini apartments which are spacious and come with a kitchen which is handy! For what you are given in this residence, the prices are really reasonable and it's an ideal place for couples and families too! The apartment was clean and had a sea view from the balcony! The owner is a lovely man and I would really recommend staying here. We were so happy that we even decided to stay an extra night here. Thank you very much...

Approccio telefonicamente il propietario di questo "b&b" per affittare una camera. Mi chiede 70€, nel frattempo che ero al telefono, mio marito trova la camera su booking ad un prezzo di 50€, riferisco al proprietario che l' avrei prenotata su booking. Al momento della prenotazione la camera risulta non più disponibile. Richiamo il b&b e concordo 70€ per la camera. Dopo 2 ore, il proprietario manda un messaggio dicendo che la camera ha un costo di 90€. Ricontattiamo e concordiamo per 70€. ||Arriviamo alla struttura ed entriamo in camera, piccola, puzzolente e arredata con mobili recuperati ai cassonetti, ok sorvoliamo sull'estetica.||Entriamo in doccia, dopo aver effettuato il check in alle ore 18.00, esco dalla doccia e mi trovo tante formiche che girano un po' ovunque. Osservo la camera e noto macchie di sporcizia negli angoli dei pavimenti e centimetri di polvere sui mobili, sui davanzali e sporco di unto sui mobili dell' angolo cottura. Chiamo il proprietario e gli chiedo di cambiare camera, mi risponde che può "buttare" un po' di insetticida. Rifiuto perché è nocivo e lui mi propone di restituirmi i soldi e di andare via. Gli chiedo un' oretta di tempo per cercare una sistemazione alternativa, ma lui rifiuta. Ok, non si può dormire in strada, sorvoliamo....||Rientrati dopo una passeggiata a Sapri, abbiamo sollevato il copriletto ed abbiamo trovato lenzuola con macchie gialle. È notte... Mettiamo i teli mare sul letto e dormiamo.||Al mattino ci siamo svegliati, abbiamo portato qualche borsa in auto, siamo scesi per la colazione in un bar convenzionato, siamo tornati in "camera" a prendere le ultime cose e, SORPRESA! Una signora mezza nuda in camera. Una sua dipendente che si stava cambiando in camera nostra perché il proprietario "PENSAVA" che fossimo andati via, perché "ci ha visti portare le borse in auto".||Prendiamo le ultime cose, contattiamo il proprietario dicendogli che noi la camera l' avevamo pagata fino alle ore 10 del mattino e che era inconcepibile rientrare alle ore 9 e trovare una persona mezza nuda all' interno della stessa. ||Condivido l' esperienza purtroppo REALE, spendo il mio tempo nello scrivere questa recensione perché ognuno ha il diritto di trarre le...
