Dōtombori Kamukura — Restaurant in Itami

Dotombori Kamukura is a fantastic ramen shop in the Itami airport. What a way to improve your mood after a grumpy day of travel! Steaming bowls of noodles and soup is their specialty. We both had the ramen, mine was with chasu pork, egg and cabbage. My wife had the same but with more veggies. Lovely clear, aromatic broth, tender veggies, delicious pork huge portions, and affordable price. What more could you want?

This outlet is inside the food court at Osaka International Airport (Itami). They offer same light soup (takes like shio ramen with pork based soup). It is quite filling if you order the larger noodle soup. The spicy sauce provided is not very good. I would avoid using that. Garlic paste provided is okay. 10時前に保安検査場を抜けて、搭乗口へ行くも、ちょっと時間がありそう。

せっかくやから、なんか食べるか。

搭乗口近くにフードコート的なとこがあります。 朝ごはんを出しているとこが数軒あり。

んー。 どこにしようかなぁ。 お、神座あるやん。

なんやこのプレミアムチャーシューラーメンって。 こんなんあってんやー。 ちょっと高いけど、これいっとこか。

神座はやっぱり、ニラ薬味がうまいよね。 ニラ薬味をチョイと足して、着席。

スープから... コンソメのような中華のような独特の味わいの神座のスープ。 高校生の頃に最初に道頓堀で食べた時は、めっちゃ美味しくて、びっくりしたのを思いだすなぁ。 ニラ薬味のワイルドな味わいがなんとも奥ゆかしい。

麺を... 普通位の太さの軽くウェーブ。 可もなく不可もなくな感じが神座らしさ。

チャーシューを... プレミアムチャーシューは、イベリコ豚を使っているとのこと。 かなり大きめで厚さは普通。 スープの味わいを纏うと、なんともいいお味。 自分的には4枚あるうちの2枚は炙ってあるなどしたら、なお好きやかったかも。

たっぷり白菜も神座らしくていいよね。

ズバーっと食べて、完食。 空港ゲート内で神座を堪能。
