I booked this place in May 2023 and was really disappointed and let down. I booked it last-minute after a missed flight but the ABC Guesthouse failed to give me the key/access code in time before my arrival that same night. However, they still took my money. When I tried to get a refund, the company said to contact the booking site and the booking site also avoided responsibility so I was never refunded. ABC GUESTHOUSE is an amazing place! The owner is an incredible and understanding person. We needed to leave our luggage until late in the evening because of our late flight, and he helped us without any problems. Everything worked out perfectly! A very cozy and pleasant place—I highly recommend it to everyone! I hope he remembers us. Wishing him all the best! When we are in Osaka again, we will definitely come back! The downside: It was a good place to stay for a short transit to and from airport but otherwise may not be too comfortable for a group to stay for long.
