This ryokan is not in a convenient location in Arima, and it's not large with great facilities. What so attractive to me is that the meal menu and preparation are supervised by Tadamichi Ooda, the chef who got medals and presented in the famous Japan TV show "Iron Chef" in the past. ||||The dinner was very delicious, no matter the sashimi, beef, and dessert, they were all great. The ryokan was small, but that's comfortable and quiet. No doubt the service was very good. I recalled that there was sort of a gift in the room for guests, that was a basic Japanese cooking technique book prepared by Ooda-san.
