This is a nice hotel for a snowy mountain escape complete with spa and hot water baths. The central hallway from the lobby to the rooms is lined with pain glass windows to observe the snow on the trees and on the ground which makes for a lovely winter panoramic view. The buffet food in the restaurant is acceptable as well with a nice array of diversity. The temperature in the room can be comfortably set to achieve a good nights sleep and the shower is of the typical modern Japanese efficiency. Night buffet is prefect with variety of choices but the breakfast buffet is disappointed. Staff service is not satisfied as one of the waitress asked my family to leave even we haven't finished our breakfast yet.
