Complaint

Room (standard one) booked via Ostrovok.ru.

The room does NOT match description:

No bath (promised in description). No sofa (was on photos). No body towels. Two single beds instead of double. Room is dirty (toilet is not clean, dirty windows). TV does not work. No reception service. The owner's or admin's English is very weak and they have no one who speaks well.

This is not acceptable. According to Russian law (Consumer Protection Law), this is a case of service not provided properly.

I already informed Ostrovok.ru. They say they contacted hotel. The hotel sais nobody contacted them. This is not my problem.
