Seaside Cosmo is one of the most relaxing and scenic waterfront parks in Osaka. I’ve visited many times, and every visit feels refreshing no matter the season. It’s spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect spot for a morning jog, an afternoon picnic, or simply sitting by the water and enjoying the view.
The location is fantastic — you can see the Osaka Bay Bridge, Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel, and even the harbor area in the distance. When the weather is clear, the sunsets here are absolutely stunning, with the sky turning deep shades of orange and pink over the sea. The park layout is open and breezy, and there’s always a pleasant sea wind that makes it comfortable even in summer.
Many locals come here to walk their dogs, ride bicycles, or just relax with friends and family. It’s also a quiet place for couples to sit and talk without the crowds you get in city parks. For photography lovers, there are countless spots for great shots — especially during the golden hour.
Even though it’s calm and peaceful, it’s just a short distance from the city, which makes it super convenient. Whether you’re a tourist looking for a peaceful seaside break or a local needing to clear your mind, Seaside Cosmo is a beautiful, underrated spot that captures the best of Osaka’s oceanfront charm. Highly...

It's pretty run down at the moment so it's a nice walk along the foreshore for photos. There are some cherry trees planted so should be pretty in Autumn and spring. We went in Summer so the place seemed deserted apart from seeing one local fisherman. Should be a cool venue if they succeed in their...
