Check-in is straightforward—they’ll email you a passcode to access your mailbox, where you’ll find your room key.Rooms are compact, as is typical in Osaka, but very clean and feel quite new. The bed has storage space underneath, which is perfect for stowing large suitcases. Overall ok, cleanliness needs to improve. The location is amazing right near the train station and heaps of restaurants to choose from. The room was quite small especially the bathroom and there was pink mould in the corner of the bath and mould on the shower curtain. There was lots of dust on the windowsill as well. We stayed for 3 nights and first 2 days, our room was not cleaned but we came back and our bed was made but no rubbish had been taken out and the body wash was...
