BigBoy — Restaurant in Osaka

Casual dining for families. The robotic servers kept us entertained. We ordered using the IPAD and paid using a kiosk. Conveniences that require very little Japanese and the menus are in English as well. The menu is extensive and there is a buffet option including bottomless drinks. The hamburger steak meal was tasty. Both meals were well portioned. Service was pretty fast and was delivered by the robotic server. Overall a great experience and good value. We liked it so much that we looked for other Big Boy restaurants in other cities in Japan, but we couldn't find any other. Would recommend this casual dining restaurant for foreigners who struggle...

Speaking as an American here — I love the hamburg. It reminds me of home. Staff was great. Ample parking (kind of a big deal when there is hardly a place to pull off in this town). Wery strange with a really America dining experience in the middle lf Japan. But the food is good and large potions and FREE drink refill and a big salad bar. This place is a really good eating location for the whole family. Really reccomended. Lacking one star due to a bit worn local....
