Niho was an amazing hostess. She greeted us in front of the house once our taxi arrived. We loved everything about our stay, from the ambience, the decoration, the warm welcome, the comfortable beds to the delicious food that Niho prepared for us. The house was beautiful and traditional. Our restroom was very zen and it even had soft music while you're on the toilet. Highly recommended and we will stay here again when we're in Osaka.

Very traditional japanese house. The owner took care of us, we had 2 wonderful days in this house including a japanese traditional breakfast. Perfect place to try a japanese house. Closed to a konbini if you need something and 10 minutes from the metro. Very good place and very good services. Taxi can take you there and Uber can...

民泊だとこんなことが起こるのだと、 いい勉強になりました！

内装等大変素敵でしたが、 あまりにひどい対応をされて驚きました。 下見で一度宿泊して話をしていても 予約時に前金をもらっていないからと きちんとした連絡もなしに キャンセルする宿です。

前々から企画していた集まりで ぜひ会場に使いたいと下見で一度宿泊。 当日の予約も済んでおり、お話もした上で、 何月何日はよろしくお願いしますと 言っていました。 すると、当日まで1週間をきったところで 突然ダブルブッキングしました。 とシステムメッセージのみ、 電話もなくキャンセル！ 間違いですかと連絡しても繋がらず、 翌日ようやく繋がるものの ダブルブッキングしたのでとだけ。 3ヶ月以上前から予約して準備しているので 困ると言ってもダブルブッキングしたので 無理です。既にお金をいただいてますので と繰り返すばかり。こちらが困りますと 何度も連絡するまで代替宿を 探すこともありませんでした。 (ようやく探してもHPもなく、 今は営業していない宿を提示されました。) 予約サイトからの予約だと 当日支払いだったのですが、 そもそもお金を払っていないのに 予約が成立してると 思わないでくださいと逆ギレ。 挙句の果てには下見の宿泊時 口コミを満点つけていなかったと お叱りを受けました。 予約サイトをきちんと介していても 前金予約じゃないと 予約とは見做さないそうです。 どこにも書いてないんですけどね。 泊まり...
