Hotel Zuiho — Hotel in Sendai

I had visited Akiu onsen several times in the past, and had been curious about this Zuiho hotel,  I had seen many boarded their buses, which seemed to be very popular. Last November I decided to make a reservation for one night, and noticed that the rates were higher than usual, possibly due to high season, koyo. We took advantage of their free shuttle bus from Sendai station ,  and as expected the bus was full. We found the hotel to be decent for the price. The  service, the room, the onsens, the meals ( both breakfast and dinner) were more than acceptable. I would rate them 4 stars, as I have nothing to complain about. I noticed that the place was very popular among Japanese, especially families, many young children came with their parents during our visit.  I had a pleasant stay here, would I recommend ? Yes! However, not very likely I would return, still too many onsens...

2022/12/18（日）プールで遊びたいという子供の希望により年内2度目の宿泊です。 前日は松島に滞在していましたが、大寒波の週末だったので秋保に到着した時も雪が降っていました。

室内型温水プールではありますがやはり外気温が低かったせいかプールから上がると結構寒いです。 ウォータースライダーの陰（滝の向こう側）になっているところに温泉と同じ温度のジャグジーがあるので、プールで冷えた身体をしっかりと暖めてから出たほうが良いです！ ジャグジーの存在を知らない方が多く皆さん「寒い寒い」と仰っていたので、プールを利用される方はぜひジャグジーも利用してみて下さい。

食事面では前回来た時に比べ少し残念でした。海老とほうれん草のクリームパスタが無味だったり、ご飯や芋煮のブースに担当者が配置されていないので宿泊者がセルフで盛り付けになっていました。 白米と炊き込みご飯を同じシャモジでよそった人がいたみたいで、白米が色ご飯で汚されていてなんだかなぁと感じました。汁物も方も最初の人が具だけ沢山盛り付けるので、後の人は具が無くなりほぼ汁だけになっていました。 日曜日だったから人手を減らしたのか？は分かりませんが、ご飯・汁物のブースはセルフサービスじゃない方が良い気がします。 朝食で出る中華粥は美味しかったです！ 優しいお味でした。夕食食べ過ぎてあまり食欲が無くてもするすると胃に入っていきます。 中華粥、本当にオススメです。

前回来たときよりも夕食での満足感は下がってしまいましたが、和洋室のお部屋は広く綺麗で（和室12畳+ツイン 禁煙3~5階）wi-fiの速度も速く、空調も効いていて過ごしやすかったです。 今回も楽天トラベル経由で高級宿クーポンや県民割など組合せて使ったので親子3人で25,000円ちょいで宿泊できました。

2022/09/16（金）小学生と大人2人で宿泊しました。 子供の希望で温水プール＆チョコファウンテンがあるホテルを探しており、近場で見つけたのが瑞鳳さんでした。 家族が何度か宿泊した事があり、良いホテルだよと話しは聞いていたのですが本当に良かったのでレビューします。

ホテル玄関前にて数名のドアマンさんの出迎えがあり、明るく丁寧な対応ですぐに重い荷物を預かって下さいました。 15時のチェックインは少し並びましたが、事前に必要事項を記入する用紙を渡して頂いたのでスムーズに受付できました。

This hotel offers a little bit for everyone. The onsen is very large with multiple levels and styles. The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good and offered a wide variety of dishes. The staff in the hotel are very friendly however communication in English is limited. This hotel offers a nice game room for kids and the live music was entertaining in the evening.
