Authentic, warm, and unforgettable! I stayed here with three of my friends and everything was perfect. We arrived by bus and were warmly greeted by a receptionist waiting outside the hotel—such a thoughtful touch. They helped us right away with check-in, and the welcome couldn’t have been nicer. Our room was ready when we arrived, and it was beautifully prepared. The two futons were already laid out, which we really appreciated after the trip from Kyoto. The room itself was spacious, with a traditional tatami floor and a stunning view. One of our favorite features was the large round table with floor chairs—it was perfect for playing cards and relaxing together. Read moreVery good traditional ryokan. The room was quite spacious it had both shower and a proper bath. The best way to take a bath there is to go to the onsen though. This way you can enjoy your vacation more like a local. There are two onsens, one for women and one for men, but they switch them, so you can try both.
