FLEXSTAY INN Tokiwadai — Hotel in Tokyo

I booked a room for 3 nights for my son 11 year old son and me, the room was dirty and smelled tobacco. I sent a first email at 1:00 am to report it and ask to leave the hotel (atmosphere horror film like motel on deserted road) with refund of the following nights, I had no response. The next day, I went to the front office (no open all the time), they refused to refund and to change room. After insisting, they gave me the manager over the phone who confirmed their position.

Also if you want to visit Tokyo, there is 1 hour of transport and you have to pay 2 times the metro because you have to take 2 different companies.

J'ai booké une chambre pour 3 nuits pour mon fils 11 ans et moi, la chambre était salle et sentait le tabac. j'ai envoyé un premier mail vers 1:00 am pour le signaler et demander de quitter l’hôtel (ambiance film d'horreur, motel sur route déserte) avec remboursement des nuits restantes, je n'ai eu aucune réponse. Le lendemain, je me suis présenté à la réception (ouverte à certaines heures) , ils ont refusé que j'écourte le séjour et de changer de chambre. Après avoir insister, ils m'ont passé le manager au téléphone qui à confirmé leur position en disant que pour le remboursement il ne pouvait rien faire à cause de Agoda et que préparer une autre chambre n'était pas possible.

De plus si vous souhaitez visiter Tokyo, il y a 1 heure de transport et faut payer 2 fois le métro puisqu'il faut prendre 2 compagnies...

When we first arrived we got a room that was moldy , heavy-aired , dirty and the tapestry were falling off the walls because of mold. The daily use room and the bedroom had the same putrid and horrible smell. And after barely an hour in the room we had to go out for fresh air , as we felt dizzy , unwell and got headache from what we assume was both the mold and the smell. The airconditioner worked , but had a smell from the air of it as well. After contact with customer service , we had to agree to spend one night in the first room despite the physically unwell feelings we got. The next morning they gave us another room , higher up. As we were on the move for a group tour and noticed the reception of this , we were not able to discuss the new rooms condition. When we returned there still was not anybody available in reception , so as we did not want to have to stay one more night to let them change rooms AGAIN , we booked hotel elsewhere even if there were still 5 days left of our reservation there. Then amazing stay in the new hotel untill we went back home. The rooms were not at all as advertised in the photos and I considering pictures I would not believe this was the hotel depicted on their...
