Hotel Asyl Tokyo Kamata — Hotel in Tokyo

My recent experience with a hotel in Tokyo. So, I accidentally booked a room, realized my mistake like five minutes later, and tried to cancel. But get this—the hotel wouldn't budge and insisted on charging me for the full three nights! Can you believe that?

I get that businesses have policies, but seriously? No leniency for an honest mistake? It's pretty clear they care more about squeezing every penny out of you than about actual customer satisfaction.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other hotels in Osaka that won't leave you feeling ripped off and frustrated. Trust me, your wallet and your sanity will thank you later.

Es nuestro primer viaje a Japón y nos hospedamos en Hotel Asyl en Kamata Station. Amamos la ubicación, tiene lo mejor de Tokyo por su cercanía, a 3 estaciones de Kanagawa Station y lo mejor de Yokohama pues hay menos gente, más espacios abiertos. A 1 estación de Kawasaki donde tienes un mall con las mejores marcas mundiales y restaurantes sin Tener que hacer fila y sin las multitudes de Tokyo. El hotel todo se ve nuevo e impecable, gran diseño y limpieza de la habitación todos los días, con toallas nuevas y pijamas limpias todas las noches, con hospitalidad de lujo shampoo acondicionador, secadora de pelo, baño que te lava el trasero con agua caliente y asiento del baño con calefacción. Viajamos mi familia esposo y 3 hijos adolescentes, sin problemas para lavar la ropa todos los días por $500 yenes, en la lavadora y secadora que hay en recepción La atención de la recepción es de amable y respetuoso, hacen todo por ayudar más allá de lo que correspondía su trabajo siempre con una amable sonrisa, agradezco infinitamente su paciencia con nosotros, sobre todo del Sr. Kibal en la recepción que hizo todo y más allá para ayudar a esta caótica familia. Infinitas gracias y grandes bendiciones por ayudarnos y hacer de esta una inolvidable estancia en Tokyo. Spoiled for life, Japan hospitality is the best of the best....
