I was hosted in this B&B for vacations during one week. After looking for many hotels, I found this one. From my point of view, it keeps all the characteristics which I am interested in.|Rooms and the building in general, count with a recent construction. My double room had: one standard and comfortable bed (1,35m), one desk with one chair and TV, water boiler and japanese tea for free, one bathroom (yes, with the typical electronic WC included!) and humidifier and air conditioned.|The cleaning conditions deserve 10 points.|I could enjoy the typical japanese breakfast based on salads, vegetables, flesh and fish, rice and cakes+coffee. All very well cooked.|The staff were super friendly and english is spoken.|Regarding prices, I can say this hotel is one of the cheapest of the city in relation to all the aforementioned things and the location, as is very well communicated with central districts like Shibuya and Shinjuku and with the others too: Ueno, Akihabara, Asakusa... arriving there in periods of time under 30 mins.|The Kamata Station is like 2 minutes walking from the main gate of the hotel, and connected directly with the Haneda Airport by bus (20min)||If someday I come back to Tokyo, I will try to do the booking here...
Read moreHave stayed at several Super Hotel around Japan over the years, we always experienced a great customer service from the front desk. Unfortunately this time we did not have a comfortable stay.
We were very disappointed about the behaviour of the GM of the hotel Mr Dei, from the time we checked in we did not made feel welcomed.
There was an incidence where I was relaxing and drinking coffee at the seating area, Mr Dei came to me with a rude attitude telling me that: “drinks FINISHED OK!? Drinks FINISHED.” I felt my space invaded and very bothered. I think that was unnecessary.
Also when my wife asked him to change 1000 ¥ note into coins to use the laundry machine, again he pointed the machine with finger in a rude manner.
Mr Dei’s does not know how to address hotel guests, his lacks of customers service and hotel management is obvious. Hope the Hotel take action. Meanwhile I would not recommend Super Hotel...
Read more3 min by walk from the JR Kamata station and approx 30min by train from the Tokyo station. Really easy to find it. The reception is welcoming. The staff helpful,super kind (Japanese style) and efficient. They provide you extra pillow, sleeping gown and you can choose every day 5 beauty products to pamper yourself. The room,bathroom are spotless clean. They have kettle, matcha tea,hairdryer,slippers to make you feel comfy. The aircondition was fantastic and we used that as a heater because the weather was extremely rainy,cold.|Free buffet breakfast from 7.00-10.00am.
