Horrible service. They tried to overcharge 20,000 yen from me. The price written on the price tag on the shelf of one of the items was 10,000 yen apart from what actually showed up on the bill. When I confronted, they had a non apologetic attitude about the situation. It almost seemed like they did it on purpose.

One of the smaller Donkis... not much good finds. Some small sad experiences with Taxfree cashier, no biggie but not used to Non super excellent service from Japanese establishments. A bit too stocked and cramped.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still a Donki fan, but this branch, is a place I might not be...

Not a very big Donki and couldn’t excite a patron like me. Limited products and squeezy shopping lane. Female Staff was very friendly and helpful at the pharmacy.

Donki is offering 7% off for 300,000 now. I think it is a very good initiative to encourage people who would like to make more purchase...
