Live Max - Tokyo Shiomi Station Front — Hotel in Tokyo

Do yourself a favor and skip this. I’ve been to Japan 4 times. This honestly was the first actually terrible experience I’ve ever had in the country.

Long story short room booked was not delivered. I couldn’t stay in the room because I have breathing problems in smoking rooms. They wouldn’t honor the original contract. Would not refund.

Also oddly stressed that if I left a bag, all valuables could not be safeguarded (never before heard that in Japan).

I skipped it all and stayed next door. Glad I did. I’ll never stay...

Overall I had a good experience here, would recommend for solo travelers, the staffs are helpful and the room is ok, when i arrived at the hotel, the main entrance is covered by the cars in the parking lot near the hotel, so don't be alarmed, just walk further inside and you'll see the entrance. Overall I would say the room is clean and it's quite most of the time, I did hear some floor/wall collision noises from time to time, but it didn't bother me. This is by far one of the best hotel I've discovered in Japan. It has all basic amenities the other competitors have but with a more reasonable price. The laundry is cheaper too (but the dryer is not strong). Very convenient location to Disneyland. Good sound proof. Best...
