Very clean place (except plinths that need to be dusted) 30 min from Shibuya with tons of places to eat around. Nice view from the large balcony. The front desk person has a good English. The pyjama is included. No smell of mold. The bathroom is perfectly sealed everywhere. Good Panasonic hairdryer (not the cheapest model). Shared kitchen available with disgusting coffee 😂. You can rent a bicycle for 500¥ a day. Great staff. Overall good value. Cons (minus 1 star): no toilet faucet fontain - that removes an essential great pleasure of being in Japan : ). Dust on plinths, not visible but clearly my finger can collect it. The hand/face-soap smells not very nice. A mix of an expired product and cigarette buds and gave me some pimples on my face. Rooms are seriously japanesely small. Hard to find a space to open a big check luggage. The bed comforter was too small for me. Pillows don't offer that much support for a side sleeper. Bed mattress average. Mirrors too low to see myself. No heater in the bathroom. Insonorisation from city noises is average.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful stay here! All the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. When I wasn’t feeling well, they helped me find a pharmacy and even arranged for me to move to another room so I could rest more comfortably. I was really touched by their kindness. 💛 The housekeeping staff were also very nice, polite, and did an excellent job keeping everything clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole hotel was very clean and peaceful - perfect for relaxing. The location is great, close to the train station, restaurants, and convenience stores, so it’s very easy to get around. They also provide yukata to wear, and all the amenities you need. The staff speak English very well, which is super helpful for travelers. I felt so warm and cared for during my stay. I’ll definitely come back again, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to my Thai friends. Such a lovely and heartwarming place to stay! 🥰

Book a room in this hotel for 2 adults for seven days via booking.com but after we paid the full amount we received a message a day after informing us that the hotel will be charging us extra 2,000 JPY per day we did not agree and cancel our booking and demanded a refund but unfortunately they won't refund us any single centavo. You don't charge the customer after the transaction had already been processed it is illegal and unfair to customers. Adding insult to injury is after some few negotiations the hotel agree to not charge us extra but the Manager won't re-instate our booking we need to rebook again. Scam!!!! I send them an email and proof of all the conversation from booking.com that they are the one who instructed booking to charge us extra but the manager of the Hotel is so close minded and denied this and point the finger to booking.com and would not even bother to reply at all on my email, what a customer service.

Stasiun subway terdekat adalah Stasiun Morishita. Ada 2 line, yaitu Oedo Line (E13) dan Shinjuku Line (S11). Strategis banget mau ke mana-mana. Di Exit A6 Stasiun Morishita, ada lift, tapi lokasinya agak tersembunyi (ikuti saja petunjuk gambar lift). Jadi, tidak repot kalau bawa koper besar. Dari Exit A6, tinggal jalan sekitar kurang dari 100 meter. Pokoknya dekat.|.|Waktu check-in mulai 15:00, check-out maksimal 10:00. Rate malam berikutnya naik jadi 420rb-an/orang.

Everyday before we leave the hotel for our day activity we would pack all our stuff into our luggages and the desk, before the room service staff comes to clean our room. One of the days my youngest left his favourite teddy bear which he hugs to sleep every night on the bed. We came back in the evening and found it to be gone. The hotel counter staff told us she will help us check with the room service cleaner. After 2 failed attempts to recover the lost teddy, the hotel counter staff decided that they were done dealing with us and simply told us they are not responsible for any lost items in the room. I read their terms and conditions. They would expect us to pay for damages if we spoil any of their items but they will not make any attempt to compensate our loss for losing our things. Yes I can understand if it is valuables such as money that we left loosely laying around in the room. It was not an expensive teddy bear but it was precious to our 5-year old boy. He patiently waited for them to try to recover over 5 days as their communication with the room service staff was that slow and everyday he was disappointed. ||||On another note, the room service was okay. Didn’t vacuum the floor well. Location is great. ||||I won’t go back again as I don’t think I want to be told again that if they carelessly dump my things away from my room, that...

Great place: Regarding the room, it was fairly sized. We could keep our suitcases open without much problem. There was a TV, an air conditioner, a small fridge and a desk with a chair. We had a small balcony too. We could enjoy a room with private shower (but I think not all the rooms have it; there are shared showers at some floor). The shower worked like a charm and gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided as well as toothbrushes, toothpaste and a razor. The bathroom was not big but neither small. One thing we missed after having already been in Japan for more than a week was one of these modern toilets you can find all over the country. There is a lounge for eating with indoor and outdoor tables/seats. There are bowls, glasses, cups, dishes and a couple of chopsticks, spoons, forks and knives you can use for free (and have to clean afterwards). There is a couple of microwaves and a water heater as well. Yukatas and towels are provided. There is elevator (also stairs). There is room service if you mark the room correspondignly. There is a WiFi available in the room and other in the lounge. We saw that there were bikes to rent, although we didn't try them. Good placement. 150m to an underground station. 100m to a karaoke. Many convenience...
