Location: Excellent. Not in a busy area but surprisingly in a residential neighborhood with a few single family stand alone houses and a few apartments. They were actually finishing a 5-6 story apartment building across the street but the window insulation was so good that I couldn't hear anything. Oh, and there was a temple next door but no traffic to it that I could see.||It's an under 5 minute to 2 subway station entrances and there are lots of convenience stores and small restaurants within a block or two. You can just eat there or take the subway to anywhere else so the location is really good.||Quiet: There are only 2 units per floor. It was relatively quiet. We couldn't hear anyone else through the windows or floors but we could occasionally hear people in the stairwell because it was concrete and echoed. Only one negative thing happened was that on the last day the HVAC unit above the bed started ticking loudly and there wasn't anything I could do about it so I had to put in ear plugs to sleep.||Amenities: They had a washer/dryer, two stove hot plate, utensils and plates, microwave and fridge. Pretty much everything you needed if you wanted to cook instead of eating out and Life Supermarket was a short 10 minute walk away.||The toilet and shower/sink were in different rooms so you had to get out and then in the other room to wash after you pooped but then two people could use the facilities separately. The toilet had a slight sewage smell but we noticed that in another hotel we stayed at as well. Not sure if it's a Japan thing. And occasionally you would get a sniff of sewage as well walking past manholes in the street too. ||Rooms: We got basically a 2 bedroom suite though the bedrooms only had sliding Japanese doors that didn't keep out the light or noise. But it was good enough. I didn't have any problems with myself or others eating outside while I was sleeping.||The main dining table was a generous bench with bench seats on both sides. There was also a tatami area which we used to put our open luggage on as an open closet area. There was also a balcony we never used. ||Overall, most of the space was very usable. It's one of the best hotel spaces I've used in the last 10 years. And everything was clean and fairly new. I would 100% recommend this place. And the staff were very nice and friendly, the best that I've ever...

The facilities are super clean! Modern, and the minimalist Japanese-style design is paired with a very practical and well-thought-out room layout. It was not easy to find a hotel that allow a family of 5 to stay in the same room. All five of us agree that this is the most comfortable hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan. The front desk staff were extremely polite, and their English communication skills were excellent. During this trip, we also stayed at four-star hotels in Hakone and Gotemba(Hotel CLAD), but we unanimously agreed that the service and management at this hotel were far superior. Before leaving the hotel, my kids gave the young man at the front desk the Milk Chocolate Advent Calendars they had brought from the U.S. We will definitely visit Tokyo again and will choose to stay at...

By far best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The location is very convenient, a quiet area and not a far walk from the train station. The staff were terrific, very friendly and knowledgeable, speaking great English as well! We were given restaurant recommendations as well as umbrellas on rainy days. When arriving the first day, we were shown around our room and how to use the different facilities (washing machine, air conditioner, etc.) The rooms were exactly as shown! Two bedrooms with sliding doors and two beds each, plus an area for futons in the main area. Our overall experience was amazing, and we will for sure be returning to this hotel on our next trip!

We have a great stay in this hotel for 5nights. All the staffs are helpful friendly and can speak english. The room are spacious enough for 4 of us with 2 big luggage bags and 1 cabin bag. The toilet and the shower room are separate. We used washing machine to left it run while we go out. The subways are just 5mins frm the hotel. We took bus 门33 to local supermarket and Asakusa. Overall we were happy during the stay.

My wife booked this place for our 7 day Tokyo vacation stay and it didn’t disappoint. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff staff speaks very good English. The bedrooms are high tech rooms. Walking distance from the Moshita subway station. Ideal for family with 3 rooms to a unit with sliding door partitions. Stay in progress…more to come at the end.
