I wanted Japanese pancakes the whole time I've been here this week and finally got to get one. The staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. An older lady gave me a menu and went I was ready to order a younger lady rang me up. I got the Ono Coffee staple coffee blend and one pancake for 1190 yen. The younger lady gave me a glass of water and sealed napkin and then a few minutes later brought my coffee with milk and sugar on the side. After about 5 minutes or so my pancake was ready with a side of butter, whipped cream and syrup. The pancake was cakey compared to a normal American pancake but not overly sweet on its own. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I enjoyed the cup and it was nice to have something warm to drink given the cooler, misty weather outside.
