We didn’t really expect a lot since it was a capsule hotel. It had very little details on booking.com since it was new. The stay is the same just that of any capsule hotel, except there is no private bathroom so you will have to expect to shower with all the people in an ofuro. (Public bath) ||Another is that there is a cleaning time between 10am and 2pm where you have to actually vacate your room. If not you will be awakened by one of the staff before it is your time to go. (This happened to my boyfriend a few times and he was awakened while asleep inside one of the capsules, he called it the surprise wakeup call) ||The space isn’t somewhere you would stay long time, but if you’re looking for a budget room to stay at then this is it, because the location is quite good being near ginza and all, if you’re a backpacker or someone who doesn’t hold a lot of luggage i would suggest this for short stays. ||Unfortunately we booked this for 15 days and it was just...

Shared locker AND shower change area (weiners everywhere!)
THEY DON'T GIVE YOU INDOOR SHOES! They expect you to go barefoot during your stay! (Thankfully the bathrooms do have slippers). Even the poor STAFF are barefoot!
No free softdrinks or WATER in the lounge! You can drink tap water, or buy drinks from the vending machine!
The "capsule" has a section in the back where the light and power outlet reside. It hasn't been cleaned in centuries, as I found two giant dust bunnies near the outlet I had to blow away!
Speaking of the capsule, the mattress was hard as a rock, and so was the pillow!
The toilets were so cramped, that it was hard to get in the stall without touching the toilet bowl!
The only good thing about this place was the helpful staff, and being very close to the Shimbashi Station.
Overall, a terrible...

The capsules are clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets provided every day. Each resident is provided with a locker for daily items, while larger luggage must be stored in a luggage room downstairs (which doesn't seem to be an issue - although the room isn’t staffed, it does have a security camera). The spa area is excellent, featuring hot pools, a sauna, and a steam room. There are also user-friendly washing machines available. Additionally, the lounge area is great for those working remotely. The only minor drawback is that all residents must vacate the hotel between 10 am and noon for cleaning. However, there are plenty of nearby Starbucks cafes for those needing a place to work...
