The location for this property is good. However the space is very cramped. There is practically no room to go into your own luggage. Only 1 bathroom, with a bidet not truly functional. Only 1 shower for men and only 1 for women. Which in comparison to the amount of beds feels inadequate. The hall space too walk around is very tight. I often found myself walking sideways as to not accidentally trip on someone's shoes in the hallway or bump into anyone's curtains. Would not stay here again. Too cramped and didn't feel like it was worth the value you pay. Wouldn't pay to stay here unless serious renovations to the space happened. Also no elevator for those travelling with...

The location is very strategic because it is in Minato, and close to Shimbashi Station. Good location to stay on a budget. I tried it for a night just for the experience. There are no restrictions on when you may leave and reenter, on the other hand that means there is so no quiet hours to speak of.
