Toyoko INN Yokohama Shin Koyasu Station — Hotel in Yokohama

I have stayed at Toyoko Inn in several locations. The value is always excellent. The location is not close to any particularly interesting tourist spots but there are a few restaurants within walking distance on the other side of the station from the hotel. It is also a quick train ride (2 stops) to downtown Yokohama.This particular hotel is attractive for me because it is within walking distance of our Japanese office so it is very convenient for me to stay here when I visit. The staff is very friendly and very effficient even though their English is somewhat limited. I have stayed there several times over the past year and the rooms are always very clean. The beds have been comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and functional. There is also broadband internet available that has always worked well for me. The best part of the hotel, however, is the price. The value provided by this and all Toyoko Inns is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who have business...

I've written about Toyoko Inn Hotels before but haven't stayed at this one. As in previous reviews, Toyoko Inn Chain is one of the best business hotels in the country. They have properties and almost all minor and major train stations. Usually all are within a 2-3 block area from the train station. You can join their membership for about 15.00 (One-time fee) and receive membership discounts. ||||They have smoking and non-smoking floors, breakfast daily, vending machines in the lobbies, and are usually close to convenience stores for those late night munchies.||||Although the rooms are cozy, they have designed the rooms for comfort as well. All of their beds are high enough off the floor for you to store you luggage. This gives you more room.
