Doutor — Restaurant in Yokohama

新子安駅北側の商業施設『オルトヨコハマ』の2階にあるドトールです。 JR新子安駅や京急新子安駅からでは、陸橋を渡ってアクセスする必要があるため、駅の利用者がわざわざこのカフェを利用する機会はそれ程多くはありません。そのため、このカフェ（もしくは商業施設）の近隣に住む住民の利用が多いように感じます。平日の朝は出勤前のビジネスマンで混雑しますが、それ以外の時間帯はあまり混雑する様子が見られません。 商業施設内の一部分であるとはいえ、このカフェの店内は比較的広めであると思います。各席との間隔も広めで、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来ると思います。給仕されるドリンクや料理の質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のドトールと遜色無いように思います。

This Doutor coffee shop is located on the second floor of the "Orto Yokohama" commercial facility on the north side of Shinkoyasu Station. Since access from JR Shinkoyasu Station or Keikyu Shinkoyasu Station requires crossing an overpass, there are not that many opportunities for station users to go out of their way to use this cafe. Therefore, it seems that many residents who live near this cafe (or commercial facility) use this cafe. On weekday mornings, the café is crowded with business people on their way to work, but it does not appear to be crowded at other times of the day. Even though it's part of a commercial facility, the interior of the cafe is relatively spacious. The space between each seat is also wide enough to allow you to spend your time comfortably. オルト新子安の中にあり、ケーキのテイクアウトを時々利用しています。ケーキも工夫を凝らしてあり、なかなか美味しいです。現在は、牛カルビのミラノサンドのフェアをやっていました。イートインスペースがあるので、今度はケーキセットでコーヒーを楽しみたいです。

追記（2025年9月） 久しぶりにお店を覗いてみると、今は牛カルビサンドのキャンペーンをやっていました。また、コーヒー豆などが10%OFFになる期間もあるとのことで、いろいろな手で集客力UPを...

新子安にはカフェチェーン店がここしかないので、いつも混雑しています。頻繁に利用してますが、スタッフの方の接客も手際もよく、安心感があります。もう少し、店舗を大きくできたら良いのでしょうが、ビル内のテナントでは厳しいですね。喫煙席と禁煙席が締切で分かれています。喫煙席は16席（ソファー4席）禁煙席は40席（ソファー4席）あります。 喫煙席は全てテーブルで禁煙席は半分くらいがカウンター席です。 Wifi：あり コンセント：一部あり ト...
