DEER CAFE — Restaurant in Amman

AVOID UNSTABLE CHAIRS!!! I'm so disappointed I had such high hopes for this cafe from the reviews! I just returned from the cafe and I am still in shock and utter embarrassment. My chair broke into pieces as I was getting up and I fell down with it. Luckily I was not physically hurt especially because I have just been recovering from severe back pains, otherwise I would have been very angry. People around me did help me up and I was given another chair. I believe the manager came to me and said something, but I am not fluent in arabic so maybe they did apologise. But other than that they didn't seem to care, the 'amazing' customer service was nowhere to be found. I think it's extremely unsafe, never in my life has a chair broken on me. I had breakfast there and I loved it. It was a great price for value. In the morning the place is very well lit and the size of the cafe is a large area to choose where to sit. I found that in the mornings, there are more lady groups. In the evening, it was a mix. There are columns in the place so you can find some privacy in some areas. It is relatively quiet, but that might be because of the timings that I went. I went morning and on a very rainy evening. I was looking up high-rated cafes from Sydney before I came to Jordan and found this. 4.8 stars and many reviews, my expectations were high.

Sky view cafe met and exceeded those expectations. The ambience was amazing, fantastic service, delicious food - the creamy chicken pasta is one of the best, very reasonable prices and the drinks are also very nice. Clean, hygienic, and the music wasn't loud.
