We are a family of 3 and spent our entire 3 night stay in Aqaba, at this hotel from 01st to 04th of December 2022. We would like to thank the owner, Mr. Tareq, who simply did everything to make us feel great, and I want to underline the followings: communication was excellent, on the displayed number, via WhatsApp; although we arrived relatively early, we were welcomed and accommodated immediately; we booked a triple room that does not have a balcony but was very nice with a sea view (#101) and after we asked if we could move to a room with a balcony, Mr. Tareq offered us without asking extra money, a suite (2 connected rooms) with generous terrace (#202); we were offered a large blanket (with Spiderman print, very nice and comfortable!) to use on the beach in front of the hotel; we were always greeted with a smile by the hotel staff and on this way we thank to miss Farah, who told us where we can exchange money, what are the local attractions, everything about Aqaba and who was simply lovely, getting involved and finding me the phone number of an old Jordanian friend, to miss Maryam at the front desk, to Mr. Mahmmod for making a good shisha at any hour, and to Mr. Mohammad who didn't get mad but smiled when we accidentally spilled Turkish hot coffee with cardamom (0.5 JOD, next to the exist from hotel); on the last day of accommodation, because we had a late flight, Mr. Tareq, allowed us to use the room normally until 19:00 with NO extra-charge; when we asked his permission, he just asked us, "By what time do you need it?" and after I told him we'd like to lie down on the beach until sunset (5:15 p.m.) and then take a shower, he just said, "OK!" Also, if you rent a car, as we did, directly from the Al Thuraya Car rental (20 JOD/day), you will be able to park for free in front of the hotel. On the last evening, just before to take our dinner to Alia Restaurant, we noticed that the right front fender of our rental car is dented, as if someone (heavier) sat/rested on it. Immediately, the restaurant staff and Mr. Tareq from the hotel, mobilized, and straightened the fender by somehow pushing from the inside and then, told me that if I have difficulties in handing over the car, they will fix the car like new for the rental company. Unbelievable, but that's how Jordanians are! At the moment, the Street view images are from 2017 (old) and do not include the Nice View Hotel which was probably built after 2017 and it is located to the north (on the right as we look towards the sea) from the hotel that appears on the Street view, where the pedestrian crossing is located. Next to the Nice View hotel is also a new construction that for now cannot be noticed on Street view, Alia Restaurant. This restaurant cooks excellent food with authentic taste and reasonable prices. Many thanks in this way to the head waiters Sayd (from Syria) and Rami, who did everything to make us feel good. In addition to all this, I would like to mention that I have previously traveled to several Arab countries but now for the first time in Jordan. We were amazed by the attitude of the locals, who don't even try, in commercial areas, to force you buy their products. They answer you "Welcome!" every time you thank them and they generally have a very positive attitude, if they ask where you are from, after you answer them, you always hear "Welcome to Jordan!” The police are on duty both in uniform and in civilian clothes, they do not intervene unless necessary and they never stop cars without reason. The rental cars have specific number plates and the only places where they stop vehicles are at highway checkpoints (few) and at major tourist sites, they never asked for documents but I only heard "Welcome to Jordan!" and "Have a nice trip!" I can tell you that Aqaba, Petra and Wadi Rum are gorgeous, safe and must-see destinations. You can book your room it via WhatsApp, just chat with one of the two nice girls, Farah or Maryam and pay cash or card upon arrival but be sure to greet them from us. We will definitely return...

The hotel's cheating behavior, language difficulties, and unprofessional staff made our experience unbearable.||||Cheating Behavior||The hotel management, led by owner Mohammad, consistently displayed cheating behavior. They would overcharge for services, hide extra fees, and misrepresent their facilities.||||Language Difficulties||The receptionist girl struggled with basic English, making communication nearly impossible. Simple requests were met with confusion, and our concerns were ignored.||||Unprofessional Staff||Owner Mohammad was unapologetic and dismissive when confronted about the issues. Read moreThis is a fantastic budget/backpackers option for a quick stop off in Aqaba, really good value for money. The location is perfect, right behind the lively public beach where all the locals gather at all times of day. All are welcome at the beach. ||The location of the hotel is smack bang in the middle of everything you’ve probably come to Aqaba to see. 10 mins walk in one direction takes you to Ancient Islamic City of Ayla and the more “touristy” side of town with a range of good restaurants. 10mins walk in the other direction gets you to the Arab Revolt Plaza and the fantastic Sharif Hussein's House Museum.||The reception team were always friendly and accommodating. The reception area and elevator are decked out in black and gold. While the room was basic, the balcony overlooking the beach and beautiful sunset was great.||Free parking is available directly outside the hotel, and if those spots are taken, you shouldn't have an issue with street parking. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there’s plenty of options around and the souk is just up the road for any shopping you’d like to do. ||Our only suggestion would be that the cleanliness of the room could be improved a bit, the floor in particular could do with a good wash but everything else...
