BONITA hostel — Hotel in Almaty

I traveled lots of country stayed mainly in Hostel. I booked this hostel for its location because it is near ALMATY 2 railway station. Reached in morning. We are 3 booked 4 bed dormitory. But manager don't know English.Translated thought Phone. But he denies that they have any 4 bed dormitory. He gave us 8 bed Dormitory. Total 10000 tenge. After shower manger said water was you did mistake because water is coming out from shower area in bathroom. And you have to pay 5000 tenge as fine. Disgusting hotel policy. And he said he fined another person 50000 tenge. If i will not agree to pay fine they will charge more. Owner or manager is cheater and scamed us this way. Also everything is not clean. Avoid...

Was clean and everyone was friendly but the rooms have very thin walls and so can hear the family next door very clearly till late. But beds were clean and close to station so...

Каждый раз , когда приезжаю в Алматы иду именно в этот хостел. Приветливая хозяйка Аселя старающаяся идти на встречу. Оборудованная кухня со всеми нужными принадлежностями. Комнаты с одноярусными кроватями. Хорошая уборка, наличие мыла и туалетной бумаги. Близость от вокзала Алматы 2. Рядом куча кафе, есть Magnum, автобусные остановки, в 20 минутах пешком Зелёный базар и торговый центр Mega, где есть все мировые бренды одежды и еды. Всего 2 совмещённых с душем туалета. Интернет...
