I attended a country music event promoted on TikTok, which was hosted at Entim Sidai Spa Wellness. The event was advertised as free, but upon arrival, we were surprised to discover a significant entrance fee. Luxurious outside, unprofessional and poor quality services inside. The experience started with a 20min air even though I was the i my client at the spa. Everyone was misinformed about my bookings, poor! Overall this was the worst experience I have had at a spa / salon. The manicure was so poor that my nails looked worse than before. I am not sure the guy had any training or knew what he was doing. There was no soap and he had to search for utensils etc. I refused the color to not be more upset about it. The Swedish massage was generally okay, Ambiente was nice and the eucalyptus scent nice (if you like it, I was t asked though). The therapist started off well but spent way too much time at my inner thighs that I felt very uncomfortable and even afterwards I feel disgusted.
