Shock on me, the cake was a kilo or less and i was required to still pay the same amount of money required for the cake. I objected and called for the Manager or supervisor (I think she was Grace) and when she saw the cake acknowledged that its not 2kgs. I ended up paying 1440 and went home with a small cake that could not be enough for all my visitors so our family members opted to let the children eat it. It was such a bad experience especially knowing that it was my son’s ONLY time to celebrate his day. The management needs to check on such lapses lest they loose many clients.
