It was a Sunday afternoon. Very hungry, me and the family were very hungry. The food was prepared very quickly which was a bonus. However do not have the sirloin steak, the peppercorn sauce tasted better than the steak and it was overcooked. The side dishes were unpleasant and overall everyone's food was underwhelming. I turned to my fries and peppercorn sauce to fill me up. It took asking three different waiters to get a soda for my niece. Terrible service from the staff and the worst part about my experience was that there were literally four occupied tables. So it couldn't have been a "busy day" setting for an excuse. I ordered take away while waiting by the restaurant. I got home and realised my food was missing an item which I had already paid for, and this is the 2nd time I'm missing an item. Tried to inform them but their contact is not going through. There's a strong need for them to double check on their orders and to improve on their service delivery.

They have really great food but their customer service is very poor and wanting. Sometimes you even have to wait for 15 mins to be attended to when the restaurant is relatively empty, then you leave.

Went for lunch during the week when it was very empty except for our group and the service was beyond slow. We watched the chefs and other workers goof off behind the counter and waste time when we specifically said that we are on a tight timeline and placed our orders quickly. The chips that came with our sandwiches were soggy, limp, and cold. Disgusting. Who is expected to eat that? The sandwiches and meat were good, but portions were very horrible.
