I was a guest who arrived from London on 23rd March and as a directive by the government of Kenya to go into mandatory quarantine, I checked in at Mash Park hotel. The check in experience was terrible, manager on duty, Jens Rehm was very rude to the group of people assigned to the hotel. The attitude from the hotel staff, literally we were being treated like lepers. We understood we were in quarantine and not allowed to leave our rooms. If there was a watchman overseeing the parking, or they had let me use the basement, this wouldn't have happened, but as it is I will have to spend money...

Apart from these niggles the hotel offers excellent prices and has...
