Ski paradise hotel — Hotel in Karakol City

I recently had the opportunity to visit a charming ski resort nestled in the breathtaking mountain range. The scenic beauty surrounding the resort was nothing short of awe-inspiring, with snow-covered peaks and stunning panoramic views that left me in constant admiration.

Upon my arrival, the staff welcomed me warmly, setting a positive tone for my stay. The initial interactions were pleasant, and it seemed like the perfect destination for a winter retreat. The resort itself boasted well-maintained facilities and a cozy ambiance that added to the overall charm.

However, my experience took an unfortunate turn when heavy snowfall disrupted my plans to check out. The staff's demeanor shifted drastically, and I found myself facing an unexpected challenge. Rather than displaying understanding and empathy in the face of unforeseen circumstances, the staff seemed more focused on financial concerns.

To my dismay, I encountered resistance when attempting to address the situation. Instead of finding a solution that prioritized customer satisfaction, the resort staff appeared more interested in pressuring me to pay an exorbitant fee for an additional night. This stark contrast in attitude, from warm hospitality to a profit-driven stance, left me disheartened.

It was disappointing to witness the resort prioritizing financial gain over ensuring a positive guest experience. Despite the initial promise of a delightful stay, the unpleasant encounter during check-out tainted my overall perception of the ski resort. Отель, оказался настоящим кошмаром. учитывая что стоимость номера 500$ в сутки. мы бронировали 3 домика. в общей сложности потратили около 4.000$ за пару дне. что входило в эту сумму: Наше пребывание здесь оставило лишь неприятные впечатления. В номере было АЮСОЛЮТНО холодно, несмотря на обещания отеля о работающем отоплении. Батареи были грязными. Дети замерзли и все спали в шапках.

Мебель также оставляла желать лучшего: стулья выглядели, словно не мылись десятилетиями, а одно кресло в номере было поломано до такой степени, что использовать его было просто опасно.

Санузел оказался еще большим разочарованием. В туалете ХОЛОД!!! НЕТ ОТОПЛЕНИЯ! И это при том, что на всех гостей отеля предоставлялся всего один рулон туалетной бумаги! Как можно обеспечить комфортное пребывание, если даже таких мелочей, как туалетная бумага, не хватает? Воды в бойлере на всех не хватит, учтите сразу! душ конечно же брызгает в разные стороны. выходить из душа очень холодно. грязь везде! куда не посмотри - все грязное, раковина, микроволновка, доска разделочна, шторы.

Дверь в номере не закрывалась на замок, что создавало ощущение полной небезопасности и отсутствия приватности. Но самым неприемлемым аспектом была ужасная шумоизоляция. Шум с улицы и соседних номеров проникал так сильно, что казалось, будто живешь прямо на улице. Сон был постоянно нарушен, что сказалось на отдыхе.

Еда заслуживает отдельного внимания. Шашлыки принесли ледяными. не просто остывшими, а прям подморозили. в 17.00 мы заказали плов. к 20.00 сказали что будет готов. принесли к 21.00. счет вышел на 14.000сом розетка рядом с кроватью не предусмотрена, телефон нужно оставлять на полу. розетка рядом с кроватью занята обогревателем. тут выбор: либо напрочь замерзнуть либо телефон зарядить. я выбрала первое.

В целом, этот отель оставил ужасное впечатление. Я глубоко разочарована условиями проживания, и уверена, что больше никогда не захочу вернуться сюда.

It shouldnt be called a hotel or "resort" !! these are only different cottages each taken by different travel agencies, and the quality of the cottage will depend on which travel agency u came with, my experience is horrible and I had to cancel 2 of my 3 nights although I traveled with my family and kids for almost 7 hours to reach here!!!! but we couldnt stay, nothing is provided i mean nothing , no towels, no soup, nothing is clean , big bugs everywhere, broken furniture, although 4 rooms is there, one shower only! no management to respond to u , i dont know how is it in the winter, but sure i dont recommend...
