The rooms smell like cigarettes and the sheets aren't clean. And YES, it is true! They DO charge you a 15% "service fee" if you deliver food from outside, and their excuse is that they do not have a kitchen, which makes zero sense. Although they "generously" waivered the fee when we decided to leave an hour after checking in, we left anyway, because it was all not worth it. Also, the receptionist called our room to remind us multiple times that if our 1 guest stays the night we needed to pay an extra charge, although we had told her upon checking in that none of us would be sleeping and we're just passing by to rest. She also rudely asked what time we would be leaving! In conclusion, it is a cheap hotel and not that bad considering the price you pay, and maybe they are used to a certain type of clientele, hence the treatment, but I wouldn't personally visit it again, not...

We called to reserve a room with a view, the first room they gave us had broken and stained furniture and dirty bedding. They said they have better rooms, inly the other room to worse! I mean even the pillows are not clean, and furniture broken and stauned. It was 11 pm and we couldnt even spend the night. We left immediately and asked for a refund, inly for them to return half the price! We didnt stay 5 minutes in the place as it was exteremely dirty.
