Kantari Suites — Hotel in Minet el Hosn

I’ve been coming to this hotel, for many years now. It was always reasonable priced, and well taken care of, the staff was always friendly, but, this time, they changed the manager to someone that doesn’t know how to manage I would be sleeping and he calls you for payment after I just paid him 1,300 coming into the hotel. I extend my stay and he would call me and msg me every day for the money. They stopped my key from going to the room where my belongings were at. Then he msgs once we sit and talk you will get you key. I’ve been asking him for the owners number for days n he keeps running away from the conversation. They are not friendly, they are not convenient, and they will waste your time. I’ve spent over 10k over the years of staying there and I don’t have a problem to pay, it’s just his way of interacting with people isn’t right at all. Even when the old manager was there even on the last day of ur stay if u had remaining balance you can pay it. He didn’t even give me a discount coming into the hotel… I msg him I need a key card he tells me after we sit and that someone will open the door every time you come. What are...

This place was our home for the past four months (initially it was planned to be 2 months) but it was hard to leave the place! ||The apartment on the 10th floor was so spacious and kids friendly and we enjoyed the best hospitality and service. ||The team is very professional and Hussein Taleb was always available (24/7) for any inquiry as he promised when we checked in. The premises is strategically located at the beginning of Hamra street within proximity to most areas. The apartments furniture needs update or major cleaning as sofas had stains , the cleaning service could be much better but the in-house staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Internet is an issue and they always use Ogero as an excuse, only 4 days before my departure they fixed it by simply resetting the wifi device (I stayed for 20 days ).
