Ok food. Ordered some wrap and some potatoes. Seems like a nice atmosphere with music on a Saturday night but as soon as food arrived I was eating and waiter came to tell me he needed table in 5 mins. As it was reserved. He hasn’t been yet and it’s been 15 mins. Not ok. Food wise I’ve had better. Hummus was ok. Wrap was ok. Fattoush salad was ok half the bowl was just dressing water. Spicy potatoes were not for me but others may enjoy. Overall an ok place. It half way through I felt like I could have had a better meal elsewhere. Self service meaning you have to order at bar and then make your way to find seat. Owner or so I think he is, was nice. Waiter who helped me to table was also nice. Actually I increased my review by an extra star as I stayed longer on a Saturday night with that live music playing and it was a vibe. I stayed past midnight in the end. Felt Beirut was alive.

I've known this restaurant for years, and I used to go there for lunch with my colleagues when my job location was in Hamra Things I love about Bayt Em Nazih: 1- The food is very good, especially the manakish in the morning ( freshly baked). 2- You feel like you are at home, and it's sef service. 3- The cheap prices they have. 4- The employees are friendly. 5- Location of the restaurant is nice and easy to find. 6- The shisha is not bad. I recommend going to Bayt em nazih if you wanna grab a quick bite or have good food at a cheap price. I usually visit this restaurant every time I visit Lebanon to have breakfast because in the morning time is not crowded.

It is a traditional Middle Eastern restaurant. If you are a tourist, it is unlikely to suit you very well due to the setting inside, which is smoky and stuffy. Their food was not bad. Yet It is a self-service that is hardly understandable in such a restaurant for dinner. You absolutely can get no service from the staff, which almost overshadows everything else. Therefore we couldn't assess the care of the staff. I would give it two stars if it were in a Western country. However, given the common hookah culture in every cafe, it is tough in the Middle East to be able to find an elegant cafe-restaurant with a clean and fresh atmosphere.

A great place with relatively moderate prices and good food. It offers mainly lebanese food with lebanese mezza as appetisers. Food quality is great, and cooked to perfection. I tried several dishes and found them all delicious. There's no table service, but the staff are kind and welcoming. Waiting time is minimal, and the place is cozy and comfortable with beautiful ambiance and internal architecture.
