There are few things why this hotel is bad value for money and just a bare mirage of a 4star hotel:
Basic cleaness: all the room's surfices were very dusty. The bathroom mirror was dirty as well as the toilet itself. No proper bathroom kit.
Shower/bath has no curtain or wall so the water splashes all over the floor.
Interior pretends to have vibrant style and from the photos it looks ok, but in reality it is very tasteless kitsch made from cheap materials.
We were staying in Junior Suite (36m2) but because of poor composition and design of the room it felt small and cluttered.
The restaurant and bar was closed during our stay because of private event but they did not inform about that in advance. The event was very loud and disturbed the sleep, as well. Also restaurant is not working at all on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Spa area - not all the saunas were working, the pool is smaller than in other spa centers in the country, the shower area had bad smell - overall, very average experience.
Staff's attitude- upon our check-out they've asked if we have any feedback and once I mentioned the things from above they got very defensive and instead of apologising or just noting things to improve, started saying things like "the surfaces are dirty because these dark colours are hard to clean" and excuses like that. Receptionist also had some payment mistake on her end but she blamed me and I had to show her my bank statement to prove that I was already charged for the stay. Very very unpleasant staff.
Breakfast - just below average.
Price - it is more expensive than most spa places in the country, however the standards here are much lower and experience was much worse.

For the start, I understand that the treatments can be done for children as well, nevertheless, as this hotel proclaims itself to be especially for those over 18 of years, they should think of a second entrance for families that come to health procedures.
The interior is marketed to be elegant and exquisite. In reality, it is just a blend of what can be elegant separately but blended in a very distasteful way.
Room cleanliness-wise was ok, but the part to go over to the next building for pool and sauna bugged more than we thought.
The overall food quality and taste were good. But the serving staff took away all the joy of the evening. Telling customers on Valentines Day dinner that the offered cocktail of the dinner menu was unavailable to have the second time is beyond the basic customer service. But it was delicious, so we went straight to the bar and asked to have it again, of course, not as a supplementary drink once more, but pay for it, seems that the staff were not prepared for what to answer in this scenario so the conversation went south from there.
