BIR. BUR. BAR — Restaurant in Birštonas

Dear Management Team, Today, I dined at your establishment Bir Bur Bar and wanted to provide some feedback about my experience.

Firstly, I would like to commend the availability of an English menu, which was helpful. However, it was disappointing that none of the staff spoke English fluently. Additionally, there was a lack of engagement from the staff in terms of recommending dishes or checking in on customer satisfaction during and after the meal.

Although the presence of a kindergarten and child seats was convenient for families, I found the overall atmosphere unwelcoming. The music, while enjoyable, did not compensate for this. Furthermore, the dish I ordered, the pumpkin soup and mussels main, did not meet expectations. The sauce was not as described, and the dish was served with flatbread instead of the expected fries. Additionally, as a pescatarian, I was surprised to find the bread smelling of bacon, which limited my dining options.

Moreover, the service fell short when I requested plates from the waitress. Instead of handing them directly to us, she simply placed them on the table, which seemed indifferent and lacking in hospitality. Furthermore, the lack of soap in the restroom was concerning, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, my request was ignored as they were preoccupied with their phones.

Based on my experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to your establishment Bir Bur Bar and cannot recommend it to others. It is my sincere hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, and I strongly suggest providing staff training to ensure a more positive and customer-oriented experience in the future.

Not sure where to start... Half of the menu not available, ok - i can live with this, things like this might happen especially after very nice weekend. Service issues: Despite came with 4 kids about kids menu we found out once we ordered the food and seen other table got kids menu. Waitress been asked to bring all food at once as some of the party didn’t want main and ordered some nibbles as their dish. try to guess how it worked - seems note was just ignored and starters came first.Btw drinks been served approx 10 min after starters reached the table. One of the drinks been forgotten as well. Simple cocktail as Mojito, to prepare the coctail there is some sort of technique whats need to be done, it’s not just put ingredients into the glass and bring it. As wedge of lime still looked as it was just cut and couple spoons of sugar just sat on the bottom of the glass. After 5 min mixing with a straw it became more similar into what it meant to be. So nice food - despite not available half of the menu. Would be more than happy to come back for a food - but experience of the service says - STAY AWAY!!! Merginos - pradekit truputi krutet. Ir aptarnaukit staliukus kaip priklauso. Vakr kol mes ten buvom is sveciu skaiciaus sakyciau galejot susirinkt kokiu €70 tipsu. Bet jei visus aptarnavot taip kaip mus tai tipsu gavot lygiai €0. Tipsus reikia uzsitarnaut. Uz gera maista niekas nepalikineja. Virtuves sefui aciu uz. Bet paneles siulyciau keist ir kaip...

Pradėsiu nuo teigiamų dalykų. Restoranėlio aplinka tikrai maloni, stilinga ir jauki. Smagu čia sėdėti, o dar ir vaikų kambarys yra, kad vaikučiai galėtų pažaisti kol laukiame maisto. Meniu yra nemažai pasirinkimo, todėl manau, kad daugelis ras kažką sau. Gėrimų ir maisto laukti laukti nereikėjo ilgai, nors restoranas buvo artipilnis. Maistas buvo gana neblogas, bet aišku norint - galima prie daug ko prisikabinti. Pvz - patiekalas Fish&chips. Nors žuvis tikrai skani ir iškepta gerai, bulvytės prie jos nėra chips (kad ir kokios skanios jos bebutų). O žirneliai su majonezu prie šio patiekalo išvis kažkoks nesusipratimas. Užkandžiai taip pat nesužavėjo. Kalmarų žiedai matosi kad perkami patys pigiausi šaldyti iš kokio nors Sanitexo. Virtuvės darbuotojai tikrai pasistengia juos paruošti kuo geriau, paruošimui priekaitų neturiu. Popcorn vištiena visame pasaulyje yra visai ne tai ką patiekiate jūs. Tai neturi būti vištienos nuggetsai su pabertais popcornais lėkštėje :D Burgeriai tikrai liuks. Naminis alus labai skanus ir jį rekomenduoju paraugauti. Labiausiai restorane nuvylė aptarnavimas. Senokai jau neteko tokių bajerių matyti, kad padavėja ginčijasi su klientu. Ir jeigu užsisakome 4 asmenų šeimai užkandžius, karštus patiekalus ir gėrimus, o jaunutė padavėja aiškina kažką apie vyno skonio supratimą už save dvigubai vyresniai moteriai - tai jau yra virš visko. Praktiškai visuose restoranuose tokia situacija būtų sprendžiama paprastai - padavėja atsiprašytų ir pasiūlytų alternatyvą. Bet šitame restoranėlyje padavėja nusprendė pasiginčyti ir sugadinti visiems nuotaiką. Ačiū, kad pamaitinote, bet daugiau čia grįžti neplanuojame. Jei jau samdotės moksleives ir studentes padavėjas, būkite žmonės ir bent jau paaiškinkit joms elementaraus restorano ir baro...
